ASMS Sanibel Conference, January 23 - 26 1999

This conference will focus on the new and emerging applications and technologies in mass spectrometry that are impacting the clinical diagnosis of disease states.  Areas to be presented and discussed include: Fundamental physiological and biochemical processes Monitoring molecular biological processes and their consequences in modern medicine Diagnosis and monitoring of disease and treatment. Leading academic and industrial scientists with combined expertise in clinical chemistry, biochemistry, pathology, molecular biology, medicine, and mass spectrometry will present the latest applications of MS and method development in clinical screening and diagnosis of disease states and its future potential in the clinical community.
