There are 2 exams (1 midterm  200 pts and comprehensive a final 300 pts).

You will write  ~4 lab reports that include written and oral components. These vary in their point allocation but will account for about 400 points

 (details will follow).

You also will write ~ 2 5-10 page papers. Each of these papers is worth 50 points.

The following grading scheme will be used in this course: -

100% - > 90%A

> 80%- 89% B

> 70%- 79% C

> 60% - 69% D

The +/- system refines this scheme. THERE WILL BE NO CURVES.
